Bengali Performing Arts London CIC is a non-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) founded on 5 August 2025. Our organisation provides performing arts opportunities that bring people together, promote wellbeing, and preserve Bengali culture in the UK.

Bijoy Kumar Sarkar is the Founder & Artistic Director of Bengali Performing Arts London CIC, dedicated to promoting and preserving Bengali culture through drama, music, and dance. With a strong community-focused vision, he inspires artists of all ages while bridging tradition with contemporary creative expression.
Shampa Kundu is the Executive Director of Bengali Performing Arts London CIC, overseeing strategic planning and community engagement initiatives. With a strong commitment to cultural development and organisational growth, she plays a key role in empowering artists and strengthening the organisation’s impact.
Gulay Rowshan is the Community Engagement Lead at Bengali Performing Arts London CIC, focused on building strong connections between artists, audiences, and the wider community. Through inclusive outreach and collaboration, she works to ensure community voices are represented and actively involved in the organisation’s creative journey.
